Signed into effect by President Biden on March 11, 2021, the $1.9 trillion American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) seeks to help the country recover from the devastating impacts of the pandemic, providing emergency funding for state, local, territorial, and tribal governments. The $12.6 million dollars in ARPA funds that Beverly receives will lay the foundation for a strong and equitable recovery.

Mayor Cahill and his staff will begin the meeting with a brief presentation on ARPA and the categories for funding, then Beverly residents, business owners, and community organizations will have the opportunity to share your experiences, and your ideas, and priorities for how this funding should be utilized in our community.
