City Of Beverly: Message From Mayor Cahill (7/19)

See the latest announcement from City of Beverly.

July 20, 2021

Hi Everyone.  This is Mayor Mike Cahill calling with some updates this Monday evening.  First, the Beverly High School track and field are both closed until further notice while construction of the new turf field takes place.  For those interested, a good alternative in the meantime is to walk or run around the middle school athletic field only a block away.  The new high school field should be ready for use later in August.

Second, our summer concerts are in full swing with live music every Thursday at 6 PM at the Beverly Common Bandstand, and every Sunday at 6 PM at Lynch Park.  Also, Beverly Homecoming returns on Wednesday, August 4th, with many of our favorite events like Lobsterfest, the Senior Picnic, the road race, fireworks, and much more.  You can see the full schedule of Homecoming events at www.beverlyhomecoming.org

Last for now, COVID-19 vaccines are readily available for anyone who is eligible and hasn’t yet been vaccinated.  Please click the COVID icon on our city website – www.beverlyma.gov – to find the most convenient vaccination location for you.
