New Comic Shop Opens in Exeter
Brad Gile, owner of Stairway to Heaven Comics, said downtown Exeter is a prime spot for his store.
A new comic shop has opened in downtown Exeter.
Stairway to Heaven Comics is below Water Street Bookstore on Water Street.
"We have a variety of comics geared for all ages," said owner Brad Gile, a New Hampshire native who lives in Amesbury, Mass.
He also sells children's records, and plans to sell games and hobby activities, too.
Gile said he chose Exeter because of the activity downtown.
"It's a terrific spot," Gile said. "The downtown is incredible. There's so many vibrant shops and great people.
"I've always enjoyed coming to Exeter."
