Joseph Edward Schock, JR (Schocka) 48, of Beverly, died suddenly but peacefully in his sleep on May 9th, 2015.
He was born on December 16th, 1966 in Beverly; the son of Joseph Edward Schock Sr of Tiffin, OH and Linda (Lyn) Soper of Amesbury, MA. He graduated from Beverly High School in 1985; part of the Carpentry Program offered by the trade school. A few years later, he enrolled in the United States Army and served in the Army Reserves.

Joe worked along side his long time friend, Daryl Provencher as a Foreman for Affordable Home Improvement for the last few years and for many years at A.C. Castle Roofing.
Joe is survived by his parents, Joe Schock SR of Tiffin, OH and Lyn Soper of Amesbury, MA; his sisters, Laura Schock of Asheville, NC and Amy Foss of Ellsworth, ME. He also leaves behind his maternal grandmother, Rita Tanguay of Beverly, MA, his uncles, Frank Tanguay of Peabody, MA and Gene (Skip) Tanguay of San Carlos, CA as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial Services will be held on Tuesday, May 19th from 4 to 7pm at Mackey Funeral Home on 128 S. Main ST RTE 114, Middleton, MA.
