What Should Replace Downtown Boutique?

There's an open retail space on Cabot Street in the heart of downtown that used to be home to Sugar and Spice.

It is between Dave's Hobby Shop and A & B Dental and across the street from Gusto Cafe. It is a few door up from Cityside Diner on one end and Chianti's on the other end.

As part of our Visions for Vacancies column, we want to know - what kind of business do you think should move in at this location?

An online real estate listing calls it "prime retail space in downtown Beverly" and it leases for $1,350 per month, including heat.

Have you been hoping for a certain kind of business to come to Beverly? Is there something you think would thrive in this section downtown?
