Tipsy Scoop was founded in New York City in 2014 and was one of the first alcohol-infused ice cream companies in the world. Today, the company operates a number of locations across the country, including in New York City, Philadelphia, Washington, D.C. and Nashville.

The brand’s menu includes flavors such as cookies and cream espresso martini, vanilla bean bourbon, dark chocolate whiskey salted caramel and cake batter vodka martini

The company says its products are for adults 21 and older, and its website says all of its boozy flavors contain alcohol. Tipsy Scoop also lists alcohol-free options including vanilla, chocolate, mint chocolate chip and cookies and cream ice cream.
