Boozy Ice Cream Shop To Debut In Boston
A liquor-infused ice cream brand is preparing to bring boozy scoops to the Bay State.
BOSTON, MA — A liquor-infused ice cream brand is preparing to bring boozy scoops to Boston.
Tipsy Scoop plans to open its first Boston franchise at 59 Dartmouth St., with an opening date still to be announced, according to the company. The company says it is offering catering and delivery in Boston in the meantime.
The company describes itself as the original liquor-infused ice cream brand and says its Boston location will bring its “booze and dessert” concept to Back Bay. Boston.com reported the shop is expected to open next spring.

Tipsy Scoop was founded in New York City in 2014 and was one of the first alcohol-infused ice cream companies in the world. Today, the company operates a number of locations across the country, including in New York City, Philadelphia, Washington, D.C. and Nashville.
The brand’s menu includes flavors such as cookies and cream espresso martini, vanilla bean bourbon, dark chocolate whiskey salted caramel and cake batter vodka martini

The company says its products are for adults 21 and older, and its website says all of its boozy flavors contain alcohol. Tipsy Scoop also lists alcohol-free options including vanilla, chocolate, mint chocolate chip and cookies and cream ice cream.
