Boston Hotel Launches Hands-On Lobster Experience With Harbor Tour, 5-Course Meal
Guests can haul lobster traps in Boston Harbor before heading back for a chef-prepared feast.
BOSTON, MA — A popular Boston hotel is now offering a special Massachusetts lobstering experience for its guests.
The Lenox Hotel at 61 Exeter St. is booking for its Boston Harbor Lobster Experience in 2026, according to the hotel's website.
The experience begins on an active fishing dock in Boston's Seaport neighborhood, where guests board a lobster boat captained by an experienced lobsterman for a private two hour two of the Boston Harbor.

During the tour, guests will have the chance to see lobster traps pulled up and learn how lobstering works today.
When the tour is over, guests head back to the hotel with several lobsters and can enjoy a five-course lobster menu, prepared by Lenox's Chef Daniel Kenney and his team.

The hotel said the lobstering season runs from mid-May through the end of September. To learn more and book a reservation, you can fill out a form here.
The starting price for a party of two is $1,650, and for a party of four is $1,950, according to the hotel group. But, the package can range in price based on both the date and the number of people.
