Boston 'Peeping Tom' Arrested Near Boston College

The weekend arrest came after the 33-year-old was seen behaving suspiciously in Brighton.

BOSTON, MA — Boston police over the weekend arrested a Brighton man who is a suspect in a series of peeping Tom incidents in the Boston College area.

Near 10:30 p.m. Saturday, police received a report of a man acting suspiciously near the intersection of Strathmore and Lothian roads, which is just across the Chestnut Hill Reservoir from BC's main campus.

Police arrested Pascual Oqueli, 33, on an outstanding warrant for breaking and entering from Brighton District Court.

"Information gained by detectives in the course of the investigation determined that Oqueli Pascual-Hernadez will be additionally charged with criminal harassment, disorderly conduct/ (Peeping Tom), and trespassing for several incidents that occurred in the Braemore Road area of Brighton," Boston police said in a news release.

Boston College police on Oct. 14 warned students about the local peeping Tom after he tried to break into an apartment along Kirkwood Road. He was also spotted looking into windows in that part of Brighton, according to police.
