Buses Replacing Green Line Service Saturday Night Into Sunday

BOSTON, MA – The MBTA announced Friday that shuttle buses and Route 39 service will replace Green Line trains from Blandford, Northeastern and Kenmore stations to Arlington Station.

The shift is due to track work and will take place from 9 p.m. Saturday night to noon on Sunday. Here's what routes will be taking shuttle buses:

• B branch between Arlington and Blandford Street
• C branch between Arlington and Kenmore
• D branch between Arlington and Kenmore

For E branch service between Arlington and Northeastern, utilize the Route 39 bus service. Connections can be made at Copley or Back Bay.
