Person Killed In Dorchester Double-Shooting: Police
The second victim was taken to a local hospital in critical condition, Boston police said.

BOSTON, MA — Two people were shot Monday night in the Grove Hall area of Dorchester, leaving one person dead and another critically injured.
The shooting happened just after 8 p.m. Monday near the corner of Dewey and Dacia streets in Dorchester. Police took both victims to a local hospital, where one died. The second was still in critical condition as of Tuesday morning, police said.
Boston police did not immediately announce any arrests connected to the shooting.

Monday's shooting was the second homicide in Boston in recent days. A Saturday afternoon stabbing in Jamaica Plain left one woman dead, and a 16-year-old girl has been charged in the slaying.
