Police ID Dorchester Boy, 14, Killed In Daylight Shooting
The 14-year-old died Monday after a shooting along Washington Street near Egleston Square.
ROXBURY, MA — The 14-year-old who died Monday after a double shooting along Washington Street has been identified
Rasante Osorio, a Dorchester resident, was shot just before 12:30 p.m. Monday behind a building northeast of Egleston Square. A second person under 18 was shot, but was not seriously injured, police said.
Osorio died after he was taken to a local hospital in the wake of the shooting.

By Wednesday, Boston police had not announced any arrests in connection to the shooting.
