One of the victims was a Braintree High School student, according to authorities.
BRAINTREE, MA — Two teens were killed overnight in Braintree, according to police.
Jahzier Porter, a 16-year-old Braintree High School student who lived near the scene, and Jayden Santos-Andrade, 19, of Dorchester, died in the shooting, law enforcement said.
Officers responded to multiple 911 calls of shots fired around 1:30 a.m. Sunday in the area of Alfred Road, police said. They found the victims as well as a third person who was not injured in a parked vehicle, according to police, who said both of the teens who were struck died at a hospital.

“We have two families grieving today,” Norfolk District Attorney Michael Morrissey said in a news release. “We have detectives in the field from Braintree and State Police trying to gather evidence of what happened and who may have been involved."
There were no signs of assailants when officers reached the scene, Morrissey said during a press conference published by NBC 10 Boston, noting law enforcement believed there was likely more than one attacker as multiple shell casings were found in the area.
