1:49 a.m. - Scott Robbins, 48, was arrested on Granite Street and charged with operating with a suspended license.

4:14 p.m. - Diva Pires-Lopes, 33, was arrested on Granite Street and charged with shoplifting by asportation and possession or use of a theft detecting deactivator remover.

October 23

3:56 p.m. - Israel Santiago, 43, was arrested on Granite Street and charged with larceny over $250. Santiago also had five active warrants.

6:14 p.m. - Christopher Lozier, 25, was arrested on Granite Street on a warrant.

October 24

10:31 p.m. - Jeffrey Retherford, 55, was arrested on Franklin Street and charged with operating under the influence of liquor (second offense), unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and drinking alcohol from an open container in a motor vehicle.

October 27

7:43 p.m. - Police made two arrests on Granite Street. Elsa Tejeda-Guzman, 20, and Odamarys Acosta, 23, were charged with larceny over $250 and malicious destruction of property worth more than $250.
