Best of Patch Readers' Choice Braintree Sandwich Winner

won our Best of Patch Readers' Choice contest this week featuring your favorite sandwich in Braintree.

The sub and pizza shop captured 39 percent of the poll, followed by at 28 percent and the at 12%. Also nominated were Rosie's and Murray's Deli.

Reader Betty Bloom wrote of the winner: "Richardi's Original Submarine Sandwich shop has the best-tasting, reasonably priced sandwiches in town! The staff is always pleasant, deliveries are made with a smile and the sandwiches are always fresh and never skimpy with the toppings!!"

Next week, starting bright and early Monday morning, vote in our Readers' Choice Best Place to Do Your Taxes (at the last minute) contest. The poll opens at 6 a.m. Monday and closes next Friday, April 6 at 9 a.m.
