The time of the vandalism was narrowed down to 12:30 a.m. to 2 a.m., with police reviewing surveillance video from that time frame. While viewing footage, investigators saw a vehicle that resembled a pickup truck owned by Goudy, a former employee of Cara Donna. A man was seen on video walking from the area of the pickup truck towards the employee entrance. The video then shows the man walking by two of the vandalized vehicles, bending over at one vehicle and kneeling down for a moment at a second vehicle.
Several employees who viewed the video identified the man as Goudy. Officers went to Goudy’s home where they observed a pickup truck resembling the truck viewed on the video and when confronting Goudy, he was wearing clothing similar to that of the person on the video. He was then taken into custody.
