May 4
12:04 a.m. - Matthew Ghiloni, 32, was arrested on Washington Street and charged with operating to endanger, marked lanes violation, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest.

4:37 p.m. - Police made two arrests on Granite Street. Steven Dullen, 28 and Toni Perry, 37, were charged with shoplifting by asportation and disorderly conduct. Perry was additionally charged with resisting arrest and receiving stolen property under $250.
May 8

5:44 a.m. - Kevin Wiles, 31, was arrested on Union Street and charged with operating under the influence of liquor.
May 9
2:10 a.m. - Police made two arrests on Union Street. Christopher Piper, 56, was charged with paying for sexual conduct and possession of a Class B substance. Valerie Minacapelli, 29, was charged with giving a false name to police after arrest, possession of a Class B substance, possession of a Class A substance (subsequent charge), and sexual conduct for a fee. Minacapelli also had three outstanding warrants.
