In order to generate attention and drive consumer interest in The Waterworks at Chestnut Hill in a very competitive marketplace, lead salesperson Beth Ferrari developed The Grand Finale Event: A four week tour of the eight remaining units, which led up to a silent bidding process.   Rather than hosting an auction or offering drastic price reductions – two common tactics practiced industry-wide- Peabody Properties created a program aimed directly at prospective buyers.

Through this unique marketing outreach campaign, Peabody Properties generated interest among house hunters and realtors, and provided positive buzz among the existing community of condominium owners. As a result, The Grand Finale Event helped sell-out The Waterworks at Chestnut Hill within a 2-month period.
