Braintree Spa Owner Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Customer
Hung Le, 48, of Boston, pleaded not guilty to two counts of indecent assault and battery on a person age 14 or older.

BRAINTREE, MA — The owner of a spa located inside the South Shore Plaza faces allegations that he sexually assaulted a customer inside his store.
Hung Le, 48, of Boston, pleaded not guilty Friday in Quincy District Court to two counts of indecent assault and battery on a person age 14 or older. He is free on $2,500 bail, according to the Patriot Ledger.
On July 27, the victim told police that the owner of iSpa sexually assaulted her multiple times during a massage. She said she froze when the alleged incident happened and was unable to do anything.

The victim eventually told Le to stop, which he did. When questioned by police, Le initially denied giving a massage but later admitted that he had, but denied inappropriately touching her. Le told officers that he lied because he had not received his license yet.
While free, Le must have no contact with the victim, surrender his passport, and is not allowed to give massages.
