Braintree Town Councilor Donna Connors Not Seeking Re-Election
Connors said her role at work won't grant her enough time to dedicate herself to Braintree residents for another term.

BRAINTREE, MA — District 3 Town Councilor Donna Connors will not seek re-election in Braintree's November town election.
Connors was first elected to the Braintree Town Council in 2019. She announced her decision not to run for a second term in a Facebook post on Sunday.
"My current role for work is challenging, and I will not be able to dedicate the time that it takes to support the residents for a second term," Connors said in her post. "I am truly appreciative of all the help I have along the way and support I have been able to provide to the district. I will finish out my term working to ensure the residents are supported and continue to commit myself to making positive changes within the town."
