Construction Closes One Entrance at Braintree Train Station

The Ivory Street entrance will be limited to one entrance from March 8 to March 25.

BRAINTREE, MA - The Ivory Street entrance will be limited to one entrance from March 8 to March 25. Commuters are encouraged to use the Union Street ramp access to the garage. Please see the link below for map information. Braintree Garage construction will occur in phases with one or multiple aspects of the garage affected depending on the phase.

Parking Availability:

Braintree Garage reaches capacity daily at approximately 7:30 a.m. Customers are advised to proceed to Quincy Adams or North Quincy for increased chances of locating available parking spaces Monday through Friday.

Pick Up/Drop Off Traffic Pattern:
Customers are advised to follow construction detour signs in order to access the current passenger pickup/drop off area. Customers can access the Garage and the pickup/drop off area from Union Street on the ramp from the Route 3 rotary.

Premium Parking Spaces:
All premium parkers must use the Union Street entrance on the ramp from the Route 3 rotary and follow construction signs to maneuver into premium spaces.

Accessibility:
During this phase of construction, one accessible parking space is available near the pickup/drop off area from Union Street on the ramp from the Route 3 rotary. All other accessible parking spaces continue to be available within the Garage.
