House Hunt: February 25th Edition

House Hunters I speak with today love Braintree for the location of the town's proximity to Boston and its small town feel.  

One area that exemplifies this is the area. Only seconds from the highway, but when walking the sidewalks of the area you feel far away from the traffic and noise just down the street.  

For those with children, the area boasts two fields for kids to play, at the school and Penniman Park.
