September 4
11:39 a.m. - Stephen Sarnie, 55, was arrested on Union Street and charged with failing to drive with an ignition device when required and failure to yield in a rotary.

4:29 p.m. - Donald Gentile, 53, was arrested on Granite Street on a warrant.

September 9
4:19 p.m. - Police made two arrests on Granite Street. Shelbi Smith, 34, and Jaiquan Blunt, 26, were charged with larceny over $250 and larceny under $250. Blunt was also charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and possession of an open container of alcohol.
September 10
12:34 a.m. - David Kennedy, 38, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of alcohol and drinking alcohol from an open container inside a motor vehicle.
6:58 a.m. - Christa Hewson, 27, was arrested on Maple Street on a warrant.
