Mayor Sullivan Added to Baker's Transition Team

Mayor Joseph Sullivan has been named to Governor-elect Charlie Baker’s transition team.

On Thursday, Baker, of Swampscott, named dozens of members to his transition team, with specific teams focusing on jobs, schools, communities, health and better government,

Sullivan has been named to the jobs and economy team.

Originally endorsing Treasurer Steve Grossman during the 2014 gubernatorial campaign, Sullivan campaigned with Baker after Grossman was defeated in the Democratic primary.

In the final days leading up to the election, Baker could be seen campaigning in Braintree with Sullivan.
