Nighttime Break-In, Larceny, And More: Braintree Police Log

September 10
6:02 p.m. - Danielle Spies, 18, was arrested on Granite Street and charged with shoplifting by asportation, trespassing, and receiving stolen property worth less than $250.

6:09 a.m. - A break-in was reported on Pearl Street. On Sept. 14, Jeremiah Nieves, 21, was arrested and charged with breaking and entering in the nighttime for a felony and larceny over $250. Nieves also had two active warrants.
4:28 p.m. - David Medina, 29, was arrested on West Street on four warrants.

September 12
12:50 a.m. - Stephen Davis, 31, was arrested on Common Street and charged with operating under the influence of liquor and failure to stop/yield.
9:49 a.m. - Jose Deandrade, 41, was arrested on Front Street and charged with operating with a suspended license and speeding. Deandrade also had an active warrant.
12:24 p.m. - David Mosley-Lott, 24, was arrested on Granite Street and charged with larceny over $250.
