7:47 a.m. - Mark Strungis, 43, was arrested on Jefferson Street and charged with operating with a revoked license.
5:15 p.m. - Ann Grant, 36, was arrested on Howard Street and charged with obstruction of justice.

5:27 p.m. - Michael Zampitella, 50, was arrested on Pearl Street and charged with shoplifting by asportation (third offense). Zampitella also had two active warrants.

7:40 p.m. - Ronicia Kennerly, 28, was arrested on Granite Street and charged with larceny of items worth more than $250 and receiving stolen property worth more than $250.
November 9
3:36 a.m. - Annie Kanan, 32, was arrested on Commercial Street and charged with receiving a stolen motor vehicle.
