The vehicle was located near Oak Street and Oak Ridge Drive in Brockton. The vehicle came to a halt near 14 Cherry St. Both passengers in the vehicle fled on foot, with the driver immediately taken into custody. The passenger was located a few minutes later hiding in a dumpster near West Ashland Street.
