3:02 p.m. - Jaron O’Bannon, 35, was arrested on Wood Street and charged with strangulation or suffocation, possession of Class A substance with intent to distribute, and possession of a Class B substance with intent to distribute.

February 16

4:59 p.m. - Natasha Hood, 21, was arrested on Granite Street on a warrant.

7:43 p.m. - Felicia Dias, 27, was arrested on Granite Street and charged with larceny over $250 and receiving stolen property under $250. Dias also had six active warrants.
