BON ME CHESTNUT HILL SQUARE OFFERS FOUR WEEKS OF COMPLIMENTARY FOOD SAMPLES

Rapidly expanding Asian fast casual restaurant and food truck company brings bold, fresh and fun flavors to Chestnut Hill Square.

Bon Me, (www.bonmetruck.com), Boston’s exciting and rapidly expanding group of Asian restaurants and food trucks will offer four delicious weeks of complimentary sampling at their new Chestnut Hill Square location,(www.chestnuthillsquare.com) throughout the month of May. Bon Me’s Chef and Co-Owner Ali Fong will be on hand each Monday, presenting free samples and information about these bold, fresh and flavorful food samples. Samples will be available from 11am to 12noon each weekday and will include: Week of May 09 – Soba and Rice Noodle Salads Week of May 16 – Brown and White Rice Bowls Week of May 23 – Deviled Tea Eggs & Edamame Week of May 30 – Desserts Since 2010, Bon Me’s playful and fresh take on Asian cuisine has met with unprecedented response propelling the company on a path of remarkable growth. The Chestnut Hill Square Bon Me is the fifth Bon Me restaurant; Bon Me also operates six food trucks in the greater Boston marketplace. Bon Me first launched as a food truck in 2011 after owners, Patrick Lynch and Alison Fong, won The City of Boston’s Food Truck Challenge in 2010. The duo’s creative concept of bringing the bold, fresh flavors of Vietnamese cuisine to Boston quickly captivated audiences everywhere -- first through food trucks and then in brick and mortar restaurants in Boston, Cambridge and now Chestnut Hill. Bon Me has been named “Best Food Truck” in the city by Boston magazine and earned a coveted spot at the new Boston Public Market, the very first public market of its kind with a dedication to locally-sourced menu items.
