Brookline Police Holding September Blood Drive

Join Brookline's Finest at the Blood Mobile Sep. 22 and receive a free pair of portable mini-speakers for electronics.

BROOKLINE, MA – The Brookline Police Department is hosting a blood drive Sep. 22, and those who donate will receive a free pair of portable mini-speakers as a show of appreciation.

The blood drive will take place at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Brigham and Women's Blood Mobile, parked at the police station, 350 Washington St., from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Blood donors must be at least 17 years old, or at least 16 years old with parental consent. They must also be healthy and feeling well and weigh at least 110 pounds. Donors must also not have donated blood in the last 56 days.
