Brookline Quirk: Old-Timey Cyclists Brave Bike Lane
The gear says 21st century, but the wheels say 19th.

BROOKLINE, MA – A Brookline resident snapped this shot Tuesday morning of two cyclists after their latest jaunt with Doc Brown.
The cyclists were riding penny-farthings, the technical term for those old-timey big wheel bicycles in a shared bike lane in Brookline.
Though their rides were very much 1800s, their gear was 2010s cycling chic, combining for quite the sight for drivers on their morning commute.

From this morning's commute. Perhaps the most #Brookline use of the (shared) bike lane ever. #unicyclelane pic.twitter.com/B16uX08caU
