Brookline Resident Awarded For College Work
Brookline's Joan Casey was recognized in DC for the work she does with college access.

From the Educational Advocates College Consulting Corp.: Educational Advocates College Consulting of Brookline, MA is pleased to announce that Joan Casey received the Katz Award at the Independent Educational Consultants (IECA) recent conference in Washington DC as one of a group of consultants recognized for their college access work.
The Katz Award honors those members of IECA who make extraordinary voluntary contributions of their time and talents to organizations that benefit children. Each member of the group counseled students participating in the Possibility Project — a performing arts and community action program that empowers urban youth.
