Chestnut Hill Man Dies on Scuba Tour in Hawaii: Report
Timothy O'Sullivan was diving off of the coast of Honolulu when the tour crew noticed he wasn't responding to them.

CHESTNUT HILL, MA – A Chestnut Hill man died Friday while on a scuba diving tour in Hawaii, according to a Boston Globe report.
Timothy O'Sullivan, 46, was diving with Island Tours off the coast of Honolulu around 10 a.m. local time when the crew noticed he wasn't responding to them, the Globe reported.
An emergency services spokesperson told the Globe O'Sullivan was in approximately 88 feet of water when he rose too quickly and fell unconscious. A bystander began administering CPR, and O'Sullivan was transported back to the dock, where emergency services attempted to resuscitate him, according to the Globe.

He was transported to the hospital on life support and pronounced dead at 11:12 a.m., an investigator told the Globe.
