EPOCH Assisted Living on Blackstone Boulevard will host ‘Challenges of Changing Environments’ on Wednesday, Dec. 2 at 5:30 p.m. One of the most important factors in keeping those with Alzheimer’s and dementia calm is maintaining a constant and regular environment. However, reality is that doing so it not always possible. Join us as we discuss the challenges that can be experienced by those with memory impairments when faced with changing environments, as well as learn helpful tips and information to help you – as the caregiver – and your loved one best cope with these challenges. Alicia Seaver, director of memory care at Bridges by EPOCH and a memory impairment specialist certified by the National Institute on Aging and TEEPA Snow, will lead the presentation.
