Get your pen on the paper and keep it there for much of the day, and treat yourself to the pleasure of writing in a community and the support of non-judgmental feedback. Learn how to sidestep the internal critic who stops your pen, discover the power of listening, the magic of following your thoughts versus leading them, and witness the masterpieces that are spontaneously created out of doing so. Open to writers and 'non-writers' alike. Please bring a notebook and pen to class.
