To follow the PROJECT Trio concert at the Boston Flute Academy on Saturday, September 10, ensemble member Greg Pattillo conducts a masterclass on beatboxing. Pattillo began as a classically-trained flutist, and then became a sensation on Youtube for his performance videos in which he incorporated beatboxing into flute playing. He is now recognized throughout the world for his redefinition of flute sound. The New York Times lauded him as "the best in the world at what he does."
The masterclass is open to the public. It will be followed by a meet-and-greet session and autograph opportunities with Pattillo and the other members of PROJECT Trio. Free parking available.
