The fourth screening of the Race Reels Film Series, films to jumpstart a conversation about race, will be held in the MLK room of Brookline High School on Tuesday, December 13th at 5:30pm. All are welcome to enjoy free pizza and free movie screenings of Far From Home and Part Time Diversity.
Far From Home spotlights Kandice, an insightful, precocious African American teenager participating in METCO, a voluntary Boston school integration program. Part Time Diversity, produced by BHS student James Thompson, is a series of interviews to help understand the experience of METCO students. Kandice Sumner and James Thompson will be there for a discussion after the film.
