Redefining Superwoman: Work-Life Resilience and Managing Multiple Demands

Wish you could do it all? Manage your career, get that business account, work on your relationship with friends or a significant other, make time for that new movie or fabulous restaurant, volunteer, keep the house clean, and be a caregiver? The list could go on. How can you do it all and tap into your inner superwoman?

Join the JVS/CJP Jewish Women’s Career Network (JWCN) on November 1st from 7-9PM, and redefine the modern day superwoman. Hear from Faun Zarge, Work-Life Consultant, on practical strategies for building the resilience you need to manage your busy life. You will learn tips for managing and prioritizing multiple responsibilities, building a supportive network, and setting reasonable expectations for yourself and those around you.  In addition, Faun will share realistic strategies for caring for yourself and coping with stress.  This topic is for every working and non-working woman of all ages and work-life situations.  You don’t want to miss it!
