Release Your Stress & Find Your Inner Peace

Stress has become an accepted part of daily life in our society. Experiencing constant stress, however, can lead not only to illness but often a more negative worldview. This workshop seeks to relieve feelings of stress in a lasting way through relaxation techniques centered on meditation and breathing. We will learn how to feel energy within our bodies and how to move it through moving meditation and vibration exercises. We'll then begin to shift our focus further inward, fostering positive emotions to help you feel healthier and happier. Please wear comfortable clothing, as this workshop involves both meditation and movement. No previous meditation experience is required.
