The Future of Pro-Israel: 2012 and Beyond

The Boston-area launch of J Street’s national Future of Pro-Israel campaign, the event will feature a keynote by J Street Chief of Staff Steven Krubiner, and remarks by George Krupp, a longtime Boston Jewish community leader and J Street’s President’s Council member; Rabbi Andrew Vogel, J Street Boston Rabbinic Cabinet Co-Chair, and local J Street activists.

This event will present J Street’s local strategy for implementing the community vision statement unveiled at J Street’s 2012 national conference last month. The strategy will include voter engagement and issue education.

It is one of 39 such events that will be happening in cities across the country that week. We expect to attract diverse participants from Boston's Jewish community along with a large number of local J Street leaders and activists.

With over 180,000 supporters nationwide and a Rabbinic Cabinet of over 650, J Street is the political home for pro-Israel, pro-peace Americans. The organization advocates for vigorous U.S. leadership to achieve a two-state solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and works to broaden the conversation about Israel and the Middle East, both in national politics and in the American Jewish community.
