Work After 50: How to Succeed

Join Career Moves@JVS for an interactive evening with author and  researcher David DeLong, who will discuss career strategies for Baby Boomers.   After his talk, facilitated  breakout groups will tackle questions like nurturing your network, upgrading your job skills, age discrimination, and ambivalence about next steps.
 
David DeLong is president of David DeLong and  Associates,leading experts on the impact o f changing  workforce demographics.  He is also a  research fellow at the MIT AgeLab.  Dr. DeLong's work is  focused on both theorganizational and  personal challenges posed by an  aging workforce.  In his presentation, he  will introduce, frame,  and  summarize our work together as we explore the new  realities of the job market with the goal of moving into action.
