Our Young Beginners Piano course is specifically designed for children ages 4-6 years old and includes movement, song, play and pretend activities, designed to provide a balance between the discipline necessary for playing piano and the enjoyment derived from the process of music-making. By the end of the week, students will be able to read and play simple melodies, recognize notes on the keyboard, and understand the basics of rhythm and notation. This is a great introduction to our Music for Little Mozarts class offered in both terms of the school year.
Session I: July 9-12 (Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs, one-week)
Session II: July 23-26 (Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs, one-week)
