Film critic to discuss 'On the Waterfront' at Boylston Place at Chestnut Hill

Boylston Place at Chestnut Hill will welcome film critic Dan Kimmel for a discussion of Elia Kazan’s 1954 film “On the Waterfront,” starring Marlon Brando and Karl Malden, on Saturday, March 12 at 1:30 p.m. The author of seven books, Kimmel is former president of the Boston Society of Film Critics and former co-chair of the Boston Online Film Critics Association. Currently, he is the editor of the Jewish Advocate, a correspondent for Variety, and a film critic for NorthShoreMovies.net. This event is free and open to the public but space is limited.
