FitRec Fall Yoga Classes - Open to the Community
BU FitRec's Yoga classes are open for registration for the Fall Semester. All skill levels are welcome.

Whether you are new to yoga or a beginning practitioner, our classes provide a variety of styles. Get started with Fundamentals or Beginning Ashtanga; ramp it up with Yoga Barre, Power, or Core Intensive; find your own pace in Vinyasa Flow; or relax with Gentle Yoga and Meditation or restorative Deep Stretch.
Register for our unlimited yoga pass and drop into any class all semester, or register for individual classes.
