Gordon of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Honored With Top Award

Merit McIntyre, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England, is pleased to congratulate Deborah M. Gordon for receiving the Society of Excellence Award, a prestigious award reserved for the top 0.22 percent of all NRT Coldwell Banker-affiliated sales associates nationwide. Only 85 real estate agents and sales teams nationwide within the NRT network received this award. NRT, the nation’s largest residential real estate brokerage company, is the parent company of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.

Gordon, a sales associate affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Brookline office, achieved this highest honor for her sales accomplishments in 2015, closing more than $105.2 million in sales volume last year. Gordon, along with other award-winning sales associates, was honored for achievements at a special celebration in March at the Boston Park Plaza.

In addition to Society of Excellence, Gordon is a recipient of the Coldwell Banker® International President’s Premier award, presented to the top 1 percent of approximately 85,000 Coldwell Banker®-affiliated sales associates worldwide.

Gordon has consistently ranked among the top 10 sales associates out of more than 3,500 affiliated sales associates affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England and last year was named among the country’s top 250 real estate professionals based on sales volume by REAL Trends “The Thousand” report, as advertised in The Wall Street Journal.

Throughout her more than 30 years in the real estate industry, Gordon has successfully handled the sale of some of the most exquisite estates and residential properties in Brookline, Newton, and Chestnut Hill, including a $14.5 million home sale in Brookline’s exclusive Country Club neighborhood.

A resident of Newton, Gordon is active in the community. She has volunteered for the Massachusetts Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired, Community Servings and the Anti-Defamation League New England.
