BROOKLINE, Mass. – Two long term ‘behind the scene’ members of the art world have combined to form The Art of Change, an audience development firm focusing on fundraising, marketing and VIP relations with an international client base.

Formed by Co-Founders Karen DeTemple and Nicole Polletta, the two have wide ranging experience working within and for arts organizations. DeTemple’s background includes 25 years of experience as the founder of Karen DeTemple Consulting and work at The Institute of Contemporary Art, Boston, Exploratorium in San Francisco, The Joffrey Ballet in Chicago, The Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, and The Phillips Collection in Washington, D.C.

Polletta brings 15 years of experience having served as the Director of VIP Initiatives at the Peabody Essex Museum in Salem, Massachusetts and the Director of VIP and Sponsor Relations at FITZ & CO, a public relations firm specializing in the contemporary art world, located in New York City.

Currently, The Art of Change works with a growing and diverse client list that includes the CHART ART FAIR in Copenhagen and Boston Center for the Arts.
