Security footage that the building manager handed over to police appears to show images of a woman coming up to the building on Dec. 8, with two girls. They ring the buzzer until someone lets the woman inside, according to police. The images then show her prop the door open and head to a Honda Odyssey van parked outside. The video shows a man get out of the van and head into the building and pick up a number of packages, stack them and go back toward the car and then drive off.

Police said the high quality video, which showed the license plate of the van helped them. The registered owner turned out to be Pimentel, who's photo appeared to match that of the man in the video, according to the police report.
