Professor Michael Carter will present a lecture entitled “FDR’s Sentiments & Rockwell’s Interpretation” at Boylston Place at Chestnut Hill on Wednesday, March 16 at 1:30 p.m. Carter is a professor of history at Wentworth Institute of Technology.
