Wanted: Nude Harpist For Boston Wedding

BOSTON, MA — A few years ago naked wedding cakes started to be a thing in the Boston area, now if one recent Craigslist post is to be believed it could also be a trend when it comes to the bride and groom. According to the post there's a couple out there planning to get hitched in the nude. They need a harpist (of course), but said harpist must be willing to play in the nude (and bring his or her own harp).

It's unclear when this naked wedding will take place, as the poster seems to leave out that critical piece of information — along with rates and what hotel might be a-ok with this. But if you're worrying about a naked wedding outside, don't: It will be in a heated room in a Boston hotel, the poster writes.

Is it real? Some sort of odd scam? Was it thought up during a bored moment and posted on Craigslist to bring smiles to us all? The poster did not immediately respond to request for comment. But stay tuned. Because if they do, we'll let you know.

Hello! I know this is a crazy request, but I'm helping to organize a nudist wedding. The bride, groom, attendants and most guests will all be nude. They want to have a harpist who will play nude. I told them it's impossible. But they insisted, so here goes. Any harpists willing to play a wedding in the nude? The wedding will be indoors and well heated in a Boston hotel. Must bring your own harp.
