Two Framingham Men Indicted By Grand Jury

One person is accused of robbery the other assault.

These indictments were handed down between March 7 and March 23, 2017. Two of the people incited were from Framingham. These charges are allegations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Darius Banks, 18, of Randolph, was charged in Framingham with armed assault with intent to rob, attempted armed robbery, accessory before the fact, accessory after the fact, and conspiracy. The Assistant District Attorney is Terence Kiernan.

Dennis DeCosta, 42, of Framingham, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (2 counts), assault with a dangerous weapon, armed assault in a dwelling, armed home invasion, and breaking and entering in the nighttime to commit a felony in Ashland. The Assistant District Attorney is Mary F.P. O’Neill.
